Be Active
Try as much as you can to be active soon after delivery. Do your laundry, clean the house, play with baby! You can also choose to store your baby diapers or bottles far from your room eg. downstairs such that you have to walk some distance to get them. Just avoid lying down all day and doing nothing.

Strolling
This is an easy way to exercise without even realizing. You can go on daily strolls within your neighborhood with your baby in the stroller. This has an added advantage of sunlight exposure, which is a good source of vitamin D for your baby.
